Wallbridge and Wallbridge Law Firm of Timmins presented Project Love a truly gratifying gift of $5,000. today to fund their work of feeding and encouraging people who are struggling to keep a roof over their heads and food in their bodies. We are encouraged by this support and happy to continue providing hot, nourishing supper meals on Sunday and Mondays 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm as well as school lunches for the children who come to supper. Community support through financial donations, volunteer involvement and act of kindness, will ensure the future of this activity. Each week in the basement of Mountjoy United Church, 202 Mountjoy Street S., at First Ave. some 400 meals are served by volunteers of all walks of life. This act of love is making a positive difference in the lives of everyone involved (guests, donors, volunteers alike).
